Supportive Massage for Healing, Rest, and Relief

Compassionate, inclusive massage therapy for people who need a gentler, more adaptive approach to care

Rachel Cordova, LMT offers gentle, medically-informed massage therapy for people navigating illness, recovery, chronic pain, or bodies that don’t respond well to traditional deep work.

With over 15 years of experience, including 5 years in oncology and hospice care, Rachel brings a steady, respectful presence to each session, adapting care to meet you where you are.

This is a space for those in treatment, in recovery, or living with ongoing physical challenges, as well as individuals healing after surgery, including cancer-related and gender-affirming procedures.

Each session is guided by what your body can comfortably receive, with careful attention to safety, consent, and the complexity of healing.

“Massage isn’t just about muscles—it’s about making space to breathe, feel safe, and rest deeply.”
