Massage Therapy Services

My practice offers medically-informed massage therapy for individuals navigating illness, recovery, or ongoing physical challenges.
While much of my experience is in oncology care, I also work with clients recovering from surgery, managing chronic conditions, or needing a gentler, more adaptive approach to bodywork.
Sessions are unhurried, responsive, and grounded in safety, consent, and respect for the body’s changing needs.
*Please note: due to my clinic schedule, I am currently only available on Tuesdays.
30 minutes – $75
60 minutes – $120
Sessions are priced to reflect the full value of care, and gratuity is not expected.
Getting Started: Initial Phone Consultation
All new clients begin with a brief phone consultation before scheduling their first appointment.
This conversation allows us to discuss your health history, current concerns, and what kind of support you’re looking for. It also gives you space to ask questions and ensure this approach feels like the right fit.
Consultations typically last 10–15 minutes and are provided at no cost.
To get started, please email or text with a few times that work well for you, and I will follow up to confirm.
Support During Treatment & Recovery
For individuals currently in treatment or healing after a medical event such as surgery, cancer care, or other intensive therapies.
Sessions are adapted at each visit based on energy levels, symptoms, and medical considerations.
Care may support:
- Reducing tension and discomfort
- Improving rest and relaxation
- Supporting the body during recovery
- Providing grounding during uncertain or intensive care periods
All sessions are modified for surgical sites, medical devices, radiation areas, and lymphatic considerations when needed.
If cost ever feels like a barrier to receiving care, you’re welcome to reach out. We can find something that works.
Chronic Pain & Symptom Support
For individuals living with ongoing pain, flare-ups, or persistent symptoms.
This work is responsive and flexible, focusing on what your body needs that day rather than following a fixed routine.
Sessions may be:
- Area-specific rather than full body
- Adjusted for fatigue or sensitivity
- Focused on calming the nervous system
Sessions are designed to help reduce pain and discomfort while supporting your body in finding more ease and balance.
Ongoing Wellness & Maintenance
For individuals who are relatively stable but benefit from consistent, medically-aware support.
This is often a good fit if you:
- Are managing a chronic condition
- Are in survivorship or long-term recovery
- Want gentle, consistent care to maintain comfort and resilience
Sessions support regulation, awareness, and continuity of care over time.
Focused Breast & Chest Care
For individuals who have experienced surgery or medical treatment involving the breast or chest.
This includes cancer-related procedures, reconstruction, and other medically necessary or gender-affirming surgeries.
Sessions focus on:
- Scar-informed, gentle touch
- Tissue mobility and comfort
- Respectful, consent-based care
This work is always approached with clear communication and individualized pacing.
Breast & Chest Recovery
Gentle, specialized techniques designed to improve the mobility of scar tissue, reduce tightness and discomfort, and restore natural movement.
Treatment focuses on softening restrictions within the skin and underlying tissues following surgery, injury, radiation, or trauma, helping to decrease pain, improve function, and support long-term healing.
Appropriate for surgical scars, radiation-related tissue changes, and other medically complex healing situations.
Approach to Care
Sessions may incorporate a range of techniques depending on your needs, including lymphatic work, scar-focused care, and gentle soft tissue techniques.
Rather than focusing on specific modalities, care is guided by your body, your history, and what will be most supportive in the moment.
